My Hero Academia: Vigilantes

Koichi Haimawari uses a glide quirk to help people in Naruhata without a license. The veteran brawler Knuckleduster recruits him and the street performer Kazuho Haneyama, who becomes Pop Step. They chase a black market drug that twists quirks. A student villain named Kuin Hachisuka spreads it with the Queen Bee quirk. A killer called Number 6 targets Koichi and fights using Overclock. That speed quirk once belonged to O’Clock before All For One stole it. The pressure forces Koichi to master true flight and control in the air while pros like Aizawa keep an eye on the district. The final battle tears across Naruhata and ends when Number 6 burns himself out. Koichi lives and later works openly as the Skycrawler in New York while staying in touch with his friends.
