Mr. Osomatsu 3

The newcomers are supposed to serve as role models for viewers while also helping to promote ideas of equality, mutual respect and social responsibility. On learning of the planned replacement, the brothers flatly refuse to give up their roles and launch a fight to preserve the show's familiar format. To reach their goal they resort to the most unusual methods, pull ridiculous pranks, meddle in the production, try to wreck the organizers' plans and constantly end up caught in absurd incidents.

Every episode turns into a string of parodies of modern pop culture, television, the film industry, popular genres and social trends. At the same time, the brothers keep landing in their usual comic predicaments, born of their own laziness, greed, frivolity and refusal to grow up. Their attempts to prove they are irreplaceable come with strange trials, countless clashes with the new candidates and constant efforts to bring back the show's old chaotic style, full of its trademark humor, self-irony and utterly unpredictable events.
