Sword Gai The Animation Part II

Sword Gai The Animation Part II is the second half of the dark fantasy action series based on the manga by Toshiki Inoue and designer Keita Amemiya. It picks up directly where Part I left off, continuing the story rather than starting over.

The series is set in a world where cursed, living blades exist: weapons with wills of their own that can consume and transform those who wield them. Its central figure is Gai, a young man bound to one of these demonic swords, whose body and fate are now tied to the weapon's power.

Part II carries forward his struggle to hold on to his humanity while the conflict around the cursed swords and the people who wield or hunt them grows more intense. As with the first part, the focus is on grim atmosphere, monstrous transformations and brutal sword battles, with Amemiya's distinctive creature-style designs shaping the look of its demon blades and their bearers.
