On The Edge 2nd Season

The second season of On The Edge continues the Chinese animated wuxia series about He Fangzhi and his companion Aya. Following the trail of clues they uncovered, the two finally identify the mastermind behind the murder of Lord Lin, bringing one chapter of their story to a close.

But their journey is far from over. Entrusted with a new mission by the Pavilion Master, they set out for Fengming Mountain to rescue someone in the Northwest, a task that carries them far from familiar ground and into new dangers.

Along the way, He Fangzhi crosses paths with all sorts of people, from those in high positions of power to wanderers of the martial world. Each of them has made their own choices and, in their own way, holds fast to what they believe in. The season mixes sword fights and intrigue with a reflective look at loyalty, duty and the different paths people follow in the jianghu.
