Kick-Heart

The story of Romeo and Juliet was told by the world-famous Shakespeare, who wrote of a romantic union that was never meant to be. This story, too, tells of a young woman and a young man who were given the same names as the characters of that famous drama. Romeo is a professional wrestler; it is both his livelihood and his passion. Everyone knows Juliet as a nun, but few suspect that she is secretly into lucha libre fighting. One day the two of them have to face each other in the ring, but instead of aggression, feelings flare up between them and give rise to love.

From their very first meeting they could no longer bear to be apart. Their hearts beat with a special force whenever they saw each other, and with every day their feelings grew stronger. But there are secrets between them that neither wants to reveal, fearing that their feelings might begin to fade. The fear of losing a loved one can sometimes lead to serious trouble, making it impossible to see a difficult problem clearly. The lovers have to bear this burden, yet things grow more complicated each time the truth creeps a little too close and threatens to come out.
