X-Men

To find out what happened, Cyclops, Storm, Beast and Wolverine reunite and head to the Tohoku region, where they begin searching for traces of a missing girl. Almost immediately, they run into fierce resistance from unknown opponents who hide their true goals behind the activities of secret organizations and research laboratories. Exploring Japanese cities, restricted facilities and remote areas, the team gradually uncovers the existence of experiments involving the study of mutant abilities.

Some people seek to use such powers to create a new weapon, while others are trying to establish complete control over those who carry genetic mutations. Wolverine encounters opponents familiar from past operations, which forces him to recall events tied to the experiments performed on him and the activities of secret units. At the same time, Cyclops tries to keep the group from falling into internal conflict, since their long time apart has led to disagreements among the members of the team.
