Mebius Dust

Ten years after a meteor strike, a giant crystal continues releasing particles known as Mebius Dust across the town of Shin-Katsushika. Some children exposed to it develop special abilities called Rams, but the gift is also a boundary: their powers function only within the dust’s reach, and the young Rams Carriers are forbidden to leave town. High school student Araki vents that confinement through a territory game where teams use their abilities to seize ground from one another. Together with his younger sister Stella and childhood friend Olga, he forms the Police Hoppers and spends his nights competing across the city. Their routine changes when Dr. Yuda, a scientist studying the phenomenon, asks the group to assist with an experiment. Accepting seems like a chance to understand the powers controlling their lives, but the test sets Araki and his friends on a path that may change their fate entirely.
