As a Reincarnated Aristocrat, I'll Use My Appraisal Skill to Rise in the World Season 3

Ars Louvent, reincarnated into a world of nobility after a previous life as an office worker, continues to govern his family's domain using his Appraisal ability, which lets him determine people's potential. Thanks to this ability, he has already gathered talented allies around him who now hold important positions in the army and the administration. After the events of earlier conflicts, Ars begins to focus more on strengthening his authority within the region, striving to prepare his lands for possible threats from neighboring states.

His loyal companion Rietz Muses remains at his side as bodyguard and military commander, accompanying the young lord to meetings with allies and negotiations with representatives of other territories. Across various regions, Ars begins searching for people with special talents who could help develop his domain and strengthen its defenses. Some of the candidates he finds possess outstanding military skills, while others show aptitude for administration, trade or diplomacy. Using his gift of Appraisal, he determines each one's level of potential and invites them to enter the service of his house.
