Bakemonogatari

Koyomi Araragi survives a spring break attack and keeps vampire healing thanks to Shinobu. He meets Hitagi Senjougahara who weighs almost nothing because a crab god stole her weight. With help from Meme Oshino at the abandoned cram school he negotiates with the oddity and returns what she lost. Hitagi and Koyomi begin a careful relationship. He next meets Mayoi Hachikuji, a lost spirit who cannot reach her mother. By admitting her death and guiding her to the right address he releases the regret that binds her. Suruga Kanbaru suffers from a monkey arm born from wishes and envy. Koyomi confronts it and takes the risk while Oshino sets conditions that end the attacks. Nadeko Sengoku carries snake curses placed by classmates. At a shrine Koyomi and Shinobu remove the curses and Nadeko leaves with hidden feelings for him. During Golden Week Tsubasa Hanekawa’s stress turns into a cat apparition that hurts people at night. Oshino prepares a trap and Shinobu lends power. Koyomi holds the cat until Tsubasa accepts the burden and the form dissolves. Oshino leaves town. Hitagi invites Koyomi to watch the stars and they promise to trust each other while new oddities wait ahead.
