My Tiny Senpai

My Tiny Senpai has no magic, wars or grand prophecies; its world runs on quieter, more familiar rules: morning trains, client calls, deadlines, office hierarchies and the invisible distance between senior and junior staff. Takuma Shinozaki is starting his adult life at a company and, like many newcomers, gets lost among passwords, documents, unfamiliar rules. His mentor is Shiori Katase, a petite, charming and remarkably caring senpai from the same department. She helps him settle in, cheers him on, makes sure he does not overwork himself and takes him under her wing with such natural warmth that ordinary workdays suddenly feel gentle and almost homey. Yet the more often Shinozaki catches her smile, the harder it is for him to tell whether this is simply a senior colleague's sense of responsibility or something more.

The heart of the story lies not in loud confessions but in pauses, chance glances and awkward coincidences. Shinozaki falls for her more and more, but his shyness and respect for his mentor keep him from making a direct move. Shiori seems the very picture of kindness and confidence, yet her caring nature hides embarrassment of her own, and she is easily flustered whenever their relationship steps outside the usual senpai and kouhai routine.
