Earl and Fairy

In the nineteenth century lives Lydia Carlton, a young girl of just seventeen whose life is far from ordinary. She is shunned by society and considered mad, because she is always surrounded by flowers, animals and invisible presences. Few know that behind this strange behavior lies an even more remarkable secret: Lydia is a true fairy doctor, gifted with the rare ability to see and communicate with fairies and other beings of the otherworld. She speaks their language and has an extraordinary talent for helping them, yet hardly anyone believes her.

This gift was passed down to her through her family. One day an unexpected visitor knocks at her door: Edgar J.C. Ashenbert, who claims to be the Earl of the Blue Knight, a noble line stretching back many generations. He needs someone with a vast knowledge of fairy lore, because he is searching for an ancient relic of his house – the Merrow Sword, a treasure of the fairy world passed down only to the rightful lord of the fairy realm. After rescuing her, Edgar becomes her employer, and Lydia cannot refuse him. Together they set out on a journey full of mysteries, dangers and magic, though many secrets and emotions seem to follow the charming earl.
