Dark Moon: The Blood Altar

Riverfield looks like an ordinary town until you notice that the most popular boys at two rival schools are not human. One side carries the pride and hunger of vampires, the other the instincts of werewolves, and both groups have reasons to hate each other. Everything shifts when Sooha transfers in as the mysterious new student. The rivals are drawn to her for reasons they do not understand, and the closer they get, the more the town begins to fracture. A chain of horrible incidents forces buried memories to surface, exposing an older conflict tied to Sooha’s hidden power. As alliances break and reform, the boys must decide whether to keep fighting each other or face the past that made them monsters.
