Hayato Kirishima thinks the transfer will be a clean reset. New school, new faces, no awkward memories chasing him. Then he sees her, the neat and beautiful girl everyone notices, and something about her lands like a punch. She acts strangely familiar, almost irritated, as if he is failing a test he does not remember taking. When the truth clicks, it is absurd and obvious at the same time.
