Blue Submarine No. 6

In the future, the Earth has undergone catastrophic changes: the polar ice caps have melted and the oceans have flooded most of the land. In this new world, Zorndyke, once a famous and respected scientist, has created a new species of monsters that live in the oceans and hunt human beings. These creatures have become a real threat to the survivors, sowing chaos and destruction, and Zorndyke believes the time has come for humanity's rule over the planet to end.

To counter this danger, humanity has assembled a special fleet of submarines, the Blue fleet. Submarine number 6 finds itself at the very center of the struggle between the monsters and the people, and its crew must do everything possible to protect what remains of civilization and find a way to stop the bloodthirsty creatures created by the mad scientist.

This four-episode OVA from studio Gonzo, based on the manga by Satoru Ozawa, combines traditional animation with extensive computer graphics.
