Tanaka is Listless Today Too

Tanaka is Listless Today Too is a series of short extras featuring the characters of Tanaka-kun is Always Listless in chibi form.

The original series follows Tanaka, a high school student whose greatest ambition is to do as little as possible. He loves nothing more than napping and lazing about, and treats every bit of effort as something to be avoided. Luckily for him, his best friend Ohta is a tall, kind and dependable classmate who is always happy to carry him around, wake him up and look after him. Around them gather other classmates, including the energetic Miyano, who dreams of becoming a mature woman and admires Tanaka's listless lifestyle, the delinquent-looking Echizen, the seemingly perfect Shiraishi, and Ohta's spirited younger sister Rino.

In these shorts the cast appears in a cute super-deformed style, continuing the gentle, laid-back humor of the TV series through brief everyday gags. Like Tanaka himself, they move at a leisurely pace, offering small, relaxed moments of comedy for fans of the main show.
