Blue Lock: Episode Nagi

Blue Lock: Episode Nagi is a spin-off film that retells the Blue Lock story from the perspective of Seishirou Nagi, one of its most gifted strikers.

Second-year high school student Nagi lives a dull life, spending his time on video games, and his favorite phrase is "That's a hassle." Everything changes when Reo Mikage, a wealthy classmate who dreams of winning the World Cup, discovers Nagi's hidden talent for controlling the ball. Inspired by Reo, Nagi starts playing soccer, and his effortless skill quickly turns heads.

Pulled out of his leisurely lifestyle, Nagi is drawn into Reo's world and eventually into Blue Lock, the ruthless training program created to forge Japan's ultimate striker. The film shows the partnership between Nagi and Reo, how a lazy genius finds something he truly cares about, and what fate awaits this prodigy in a world he has never known.
