Haru arrives at a quiet island resort at the exact moment her life needs a reset, carrying the kind of exhaustion that makes even simple decisions feel heavy. The place is not a normal vacation spot, though, because the guests are Pokemon, and the resort’s entire purpose is to help them relax, recover, and enjoy themselves in ways their usual lives do not allow. Haru takes on the role of concierge, learning that the job is less about rules and more about reading emotions, noticing what a worried Pokemon cannot say out loud, and finding gentle solutions that turn a stressful day into a safe one. She bonds closely with Psyduck, a companion whose awkward sincerity mirrors her own, and together they stumble through misunderstandings that become small victories. Each new arrival brings a different kind of problem, sometimes playful, sometimes surprisingly serious, and Haru slowly changes because caring for others forces her to reconnect with her own feelings instead of shutting down.
