Oguri Cap enrolls at the Kasamatsu Tracen Academy, a small rural school where most racers never reach the national spotlight. Quiet, plain, and famously hungry, she still runs with a stubborn drive that shocks everyone who watches her sprint. A trainer at the academy decides to stake everything on her talent, pushing her through local meets that quickly turn into bigger tests.
