Star Wars: Visions

Star Wars: Visions is a unique project that brings together seven Japanese animation studios to create nine animated short films, each telling its own original story set in the Star Wars universe. Inspired by the franchise's rich legacy, these stories explore new corners of the galaxy, offering a fresh take on familiar themes. From dark and tense tales to touching and uplifting ones, each film is a unique work of art reflecting the individual style and approach of its studio.

Each short in this anthology is not just another story about Jedi and Sith but also a deep dive into the culture and traditions of Japan, which makes the project especially interesting to fans of both anime and Star Wars. Here you will find samurai, spirits and unusual worlds intertwined with the classic elements of Star Wars. The project is a true gift for fans, letting them see their beloved universe from a new angle and appreciate the craftsmanship of Japanese animators.
