Date A Live III

The world continues to suffer disasters caused by spatial quakes that suddenly break out in various areas, distorting the space around them and causing massive destruction. These phenomena are caused by Spirits, beings of immense power whose appearance is accompanied by bursts of energy. Shido Itsuka, who possesses the unique ability to seal the powers of Spirits by going on dates with them and forming an emotional bond, carries on with his dangerous mission of preventing catastrophe.

Every new Spirit manifestation demands personal contact from him, a precise understanding of the Spirit's character and the ability to act under tight time limits. The situation is complicated by the activity of the AST, a paramilitary unit that views Spirits purely as a threat and strives to wipe them out completely. At the same time, the DEM corporation is at work, eager to capture the Spirits in order to use their powers for its own ends. Against the backdrop of these conflicts, Ratatoskr tries to maintain the balance by pursuing a strategy of negotiation and cooperation.
