Ajin: Demi-Human Movie 1: Compel

For high school student Kei and forty-six other people, immortality becomes an unexpected and terrifying gift. Instead of enjoying eternal life, Kei finds himself at the center of attention of both the public and the government. In their eyes he is not a hero but a rare specimen that must be captured and studied.

As a result, Kei is destined to become part of endless experiments in which he will die again and again. These experiments are carried out by scientists eager to harness his unique abilities for the benefit of humanity. For Kei, however, they mean endless suffering and the loss of any hope of a normal life. What should have been a miracle turns into a curse, as being unable to die makes him the perfect subject for those who see him only as an object of research.
