Akame ga Kill!

Tatsumi reaches the Capital to earn money for his village and finds the rot under a smiling surface. Night Raid recruits him, and he learns that assassination is their way to cut out the Empire’s worst crimes. Under Najenda he fights beside Akame, Leone, Mine, Bulat, and others while the Revolutionary Army pushes toward the palace. General Esdeath forms the Jaegers to crush them, and the war turns into ambushes, duels, and losses that do not stop the march. The young Emperor pilots the giant Imperial Arm Shikoutazer and levels the city. Tatsumi pushes Incursio past its limit to stop the machine and dies from the strain. Esdeath challenges Akame on the ruins. Akame bets her life on Murasame’s trump card, forces a clean strike, and wins even after time freezes for a breath. Leone corners Prime Minister Honest and kills him, then walks off to die on her own terms. The Revolution takes the capital. Akame leaves to hunt threats that would use the chaos to start a new tyranny.
