Haikyu!!

Shoyo Hinata is a short kid who gets obsessed with volleyball after seeing Karasuno High play, and he builds his whole motivation around proving height is not the final verdict. His first real match ends in a brutal loss to Tobio Kageyama, a genius setter who treats teammates like tools. Hinata carries that grudge into high school, only to walk into the gym and find Kageyama wearing the same uniform. They clash hard, then get forced to turn rivalry into a weapon, because Karasuno is no longer the powerhouse it used to be. As practices get harsher and matches get tighter, Hinata learns what it takes to be useful on a real team, and Kageyama learns he cannot win alone. Their partnership pulls the whole club forward, one shaky step at a time, toward opponents who do not care about hype, only results.
