Kite Liberator

Ten years after the bloody events of the past, a vast metropolis is once again gripped by fear of an unknown killer, whose appearances are marked by scattered bird feathers and the traceless disappearance of the targets. The police receive more and more reports of mysterious deaths, yet no one manages to identify the culprit, because the attacks happen swiftly and without witnesses. Monaka Noguchi leads a double life, hiding her true activities even from the people who are around her every day.

By day, the girl attends classes, deals with the usual school problems and works part-time as a waitress at the Apollo 11 café, trying not to stand out from those around her. By night, she becomes a professional assassin known by the nickname Angel of Death, carrying out missions against dangerous criminals and people tied to underground organizations. Every operation demands careful preparation, close observation of the target and split-second decisions, since any mistake could lead to failure or to the death of Monaka herself.
