Galaxy Express 999: Eternal Fantasy

A year has passed since humans regained power on Earth, but life has not become any easier. The new aristocracy that seized control continues to oppress ordinary citizens. Tetsuro Hoshino could not accept this state of affairs and openly voiced his discontent, for which he was thrown into prison. He faces the death penalty, but fate has an unexpected turn in store: the Galaxy Express, with Maetel on board, arrives to save the young man from certain death.

Tetsuro learns that the cause of all the misfortunes on Earth is the Lord of Darkness. The young man's resolve grows stronger, and he sets himself the goal of stopping the villain and saving his home planet no matter what. Dangerous adventures and battles lie ahead of him, but for the sake of freedom and justice Tetsuro is ready to do whatever it takes, even if it means facing the oppressors who rule his world.
