Angel Beats! Another Epilogue

Another Epilogue is a short bonus episode of Angel Beats!, set in the afterlife school after the events of the television series. The school remains a place where young people who died with regrets live out the youth they never had, and where those who find peace move on to their next lives.

A newly arrived student, disillusioned with this world, causes a scene in the middle of a classroom test, openly doubting that getting good grades and behaving like a model student can really lead anyone to escape the school and ascend to Heaven. Afterwards he is confronted by the new student council president, a familiar face from the series. Having lived through the struggles of the Afterlife Battlefront himself, the president knows the true nature of the school and understands from first-hand experience how futile it is to rebel against it.

Quietly revealing what became of one of the series' central characters, the epilogue offers a bittersweet coda to the story of Angel Beats!
