Unlimited Psychic Squad

In this world, people with supernatural abilities are not accepted, and a real hunt has been declared on them. Those with the gift are considered abnormal, to be either eliminated or locked away. Most of these people, known as espers, are quickly caught, placed in special cells and have their powers suppressed with technical devices, and some of the captured even join the humans in tracking down their own kind. But there are espers who refuse to submit to humans and fight for their rights with everything they have. This is how the powerful organization P.A.N.D.R.A. came into being, led by the strongest esper of all, Kyousuke Hyoubu.

His will and determination are unmatched, and his abilities are his weapons: he can read minds, wield psychokinesis and teleport with ease. P.A.N.D.R.A. exists to protect espers, and its leader holds ordinary humans in deep contempt. One day the United States government decides to take matters into its own hands and sends its own eccentric agent, Andy Hinomiya, who seems unhinged to humans and espers alike. His advantage is that he can nullify other people's powers, and even Kyousuke cannot resist this. Andy's task is to win the group's trust and steal a secret device.
