Youki dies in a traffic accident and wakes up in a fantasy world reborn as a mid-ranked demon. Instead of becoming a feared ruler, he ends up as a working underling in the Demon Lord’s castle, doing the unglamorous job of repelling invaders. When the Hero’s party storms in, Youki does what he is supposed to do, until he notices the party’s priestess, Cecilia. One look is enough to derail his priorities.
