Is This a Zombie? Of the Dead OVA

This is an unaired eleventh episode of Is This a Zombie? of the Dead, the second season of the comedy based on Shinichi Kimura's light novels. It was not broadcast on television and was instead bundled with the sixth volume of the manga adaptation.

The series follows Ayumu Aikawa, a high school boy who was murdered and brought back as a zombie by Eucliwood Hellscythe, a silent necromancer who must keep her powerful emotions in check and communicates mostly through written notes. Ayumu's undead life grows even stranger after he ends up with the powers of a magical girl from the brash Haruna, which means fighting monsters while wearing a frilly costume. Together with the vampire ninja Seraphim, the girls have moved into Ayumu's house, turning his everyday life into a constant stream of absurd misunderstandings.

The OVA brings back this eccentric household for one more self-contained episode, delivering the same blend of supernatural action, deadpan comedy and fan service that defines the franchise.
