Is This a Zombie? OVA

These two bonus episodes, released with the 8th and 10th volumes of the original light novel series, take place between the first and second seasons. In the first, which chronologically follows the 13th episode of the first season, Haruna is put in charge of organizing a spring festival at the local shrine. Ayumu, Haruna's ever-faithful helper, eagerly gets to work, while Sera, not wanting to be left out or seen as a freeloader, takes charge of preparing the festive meal. The games and contests held in the shrine's main hall push Ayumu and Haruna to their limits, leaving the question of where their relationship is heading hanging in the air.

The second episode, split into two parts, depicts events leading up to the second season. In the first part, Haruna and Eucliwood spend time at a pool, enjoying the summer sun and playing games. In the second part, it turns out that Eucliwood's birthday is just around the corner, and her friends prepare unusual and touching gifts for the great necromancer. These episodes add depth and new color to the story, helping viewers better understand the characters and their relationships.
