Love Through a Prism

A young Japanese exchange student, Riri Ichijoin, lands in London with one clear goal: to earn her place at a prestigious art school and prove she belongs there. The city feels huge and cold at first, and the classrooms are worse, full of talent, money, and quiet rules nobody explains. Riri throws herself into drawing and study anyway, but her biggest problem is Kit Church, a brilliant noble student whose skill and confidence hit like an insult. Their early clashes are sharp and personal, turning every critique and assignment into a private duel. As friends and rivals circle them, Riri starts noticing what sits behind Kit’s perfect composure, while Kit can’t ignore the way Riri keeps pushing forward even when she is clearly outnumbered. The competition doesn’t disappear, it just changes shape, and the line between resentment and attraction gets harder to see.
