My Mental Choices Are Completely Interfering With My School Romantic Comedy OVA

My Mental Choices Are Completely Interfering With My School Romantic Comedy OVA is an unaired episode of the anime, released bundled with the eighth volume of the original light novel series. The story follows Kanade Amakusa, a high school boy afflicted with a curse called Absolute Choices: at random moments, a set of options appears in his mind, and he must pick one and act on it or suffer a crippling headache. The choices are almost always absurd, embarrassing or outright perverted, and they have earned him a reputation as the school's resident weirdo.

Kanade's life became even more complicated with the arrival of Chocolat, a cheerful blonde girl with a sweet tooth who literally fell from the sky in response to one of his choices and became his companion in dealing with the curse. Surrounded by Chocolat and his classmates, including the deadpan Furano Yukihira and the fiery Ouka Yuuouji, he is constantly forced into outrageous situations. The OVA continues this fourth-wall-breaking romantic comedy with another round of ridiculous choices, misunderstandings and parody-filled gags.
