IS: Infinite Stratos 2 - Hitonatsu no Omoide

IS: Infinite Stratos 2 - Hitonatsu no Omoide is an extended version of the first episode of the second season of IS: Infinite Stratos, released under the same title, which means Memories of One Summer.

The series takes place in a world transformed by the Infinite Stratos, powered exoskeletons that only women can pilot and that have upended the global military balance. Ichika Orimura shocked everyone by becoming the only male able to operate an IS and was enrolled at IS Academy, a school otherwise attended exclusively by girls. There he found himself surrounded by skilled pilots who all have feelings for him: his childhood friend Houki Shinonono, the English representative Cecilia Alcott, the Chinese representative Lingyin Huang, the French representative Charlotte Dunois and the German representative Laura Bodewig.

This episode covers the summer vacation, as Ichika spends his days off with the girls, each of whom is determined to use the break to get closer to him. The extended cut adds footage to the broadcast version, playing up the series' mix of harem comedy, rivalry and fanservice.
