Jingai-san no Yome

High schooler Tomari Hinowa is called to the principal's office one day to hear some shocking news: he is getting married! A mysterious fluffy creature named Kanenogi has chosen him as its wife, and with this strange creature's arrival Tomari suddenly finds himself in a world of very unusual relationships. The odd union changes his life completely and puts both of them in a tricky position. Neither knows how to adapt to this new reality, and at first they feel surprise, confusion and even fear of the unknown. Despite his initial misgivings, Tomari decides to accept.

Over time, those emotions begin to turn into deeper feelings – mutual understanding and acceptance. As they explore their unique relationship, Tomari and Kanenogi come to realize that living together can be far more pleasant than either of them expected. The series unfolds as a collection of short, heartwarming and gently humorous tales from the couple's monstrous married life, in a world where human-and-monster marriages are, it seems, not so out of the ordinary.
