Kyoukai no Kanata: Mini Gekijou

Kyoukai no Kanata: Mini Gekijou is a series of seven short comedy sketches featuring the characters of Beyond the Boundary (Kyoukai no Kanata), made as bonus extras for the series.

The main series follows Akihito Kanbara, a high school boy who is half youmu and immortal, and Mirai Kuriyama, a bespectacled girl from a shunned clan of Spirit World Warriors who fights with a sword formed from her own blood. Around them are the members of the literary club, the sharp-tongued Mitsuki Nase and her sister-obsessed brother Hiroomi, along with others from the world of youmu hunters.

Free of the serious battles of the main story, the shorts play with the characters' quirks in sketches whose titles hint at the fun: "I Love You, Big Brother," "Mirai's Bright Get-Rich-Quick Plan," "Twenty-Something Women at the Age of Love," "The Road to Idoldom!," "Pajama Party," "Let's Go to Training Camp!" and "A Letter from Mother."
