After-School Hanako-kun Part 2

After-School Hanako-kun Part 2 continues the collection of short, lighthearted comedy episodes spun off from Toilet-Bound Hanako-kun. Kamome Academy is full of rumors and school mysteries, and behind them stands Hanako-kun, the seventh and most famous of the school's Seven Wonders, a mischievous ghost who haunts the girls' restroom in the old school building. At his side is Nene Yashiro, a first-year student who once made a contract with him and became his assistant.

Together, the pair keep the peace between the supernatural beings and the students of the academy, maintaining the fragile balance between the world of the living and the world of spirits. These shorts, however, focus on what happens when they are not fighting: the everyday, after-school side of their lives. Drawn in a cute, simplified style, the episodes follow Hanako, Nene and familiar faces such as the young exorcist Kou Minamoto and the mischievous little mokke on assorted silly adventures, offering a cozy and humorous look at the characters away from the darker mysteries of the main story.
