Major: World Series

Major: World Series continues the story of Major, the long-running baseball saga that follows Gorou Shigeno from his childhood dream of following in his father's footsteps all the way to the professional mound.

Having made his way to American Major League Baseball, Gorou continues his journey with the Indiana Hornets as the team seeks to win the prestigious World Series. During the decisive games he faces his fated rival, but an unexpected accident during their match makes his quest to become the best pitcher in the world far more challenging than before.

Undaunted, Gorou continues to put the weight of his dreams into every pitch he throws, forging a path toward his desired future with his blazing fastball. The story highlights the qualities that have defined him throughout the series: his stubborn fighting spirit, his refusal to give up even when his body is pushed to the limit, and his love of the game, shared with teammates and rivals alike.
