Attack on Titan: The Last Attack

Eren begins the Rumbling and sends the Wall Titans across the sea, choosing mass destruction as the price for protecting Paradis. The alliance formed from his former comrades and former enemies leaves the island to stop him before the march reaches what remains of the world. Armin, Mikasa, Jean, Connie, Levi, Reiner, Annie, Pieck, and Falco move with no clean plan, only the knowledge that delay means more cities crushed underfoot. Hange stays behind to buy time against the advancing Titans, and that sacrifice lets the others reach Eren’s enormous Founding Titan form. The fight above his moving body becomes a struggle against old Titan powers, exhaustion, and the weight of killing the friend they once wanted to save.

Armin is pulled into the Paths and faces the truth that Eren already knew where his choices would lead. Zeke’s death weakens the Rumbling, but it does not end the danger inside Eren’s final form. Mikasa follows the answer no one else can carry, enters the mouth of the Titan, and kills Eren herself. The power of the Titans disappears, turning Eldians back into human beings and ending the curse that began with Ymir. Memories return to Eren’s friends, showing the conversations he had hidden from them and the plan he believed would leave them as the people who saved the world. Peace does not arrive as a miracle. Armin and the others become envoys to Paradis, Mikasa buries Eren beneath the tree near Shiganshina, and the future remains uncertain. The final images leave the same warning the story carried from the start: hatred can sleep, rebuild, and return if people keep handing it to the next generation.
