Tokiwa is a college student who accepts an invitation from his classmate Suo to attend a mixer. He brings his friends Asagi and Hagi, expecting a normal evening with three women from Suo’s circle. When they arrive, they find Suo, Fuji, and Kohaku dressed as strikingly handsome men because all three work at a cross dressing bar. The confusion does not end the meeting. Instead, it creates three separate pairs that keep crossing paths after the mixer. Tokiwa learns that Suo’s prince like manner is not only an act from work, and Suo enjoys watching him struggle to respond honestly. Their university days turn into shared meals, text exchanges, and awkward moments where neither can clearly name what is changing between them.

Asagi is drawn to Fuji’s calm and unreadable behavior, but he often misses the meaning behind her teasing. Fuji writes manga and quietly uses the people around her as material, making Asagi both a companion and an accidental subject. Hagi tries to understand Kohaku, whose sharp style and direct words make him nervous before he realizes how gentle she can be outside work. The three men keep returning to the bar, group outings, and campus meetings where ordinary plans become tests of perception. Each pair has to learn that the appearance they first saw is only one part of the person in front of them. Tokiwa, Asagi, and Hagi slowly stop treating the situation as a strange accident and start choosing to stay involved. Suo, Fuji, and Kohaku also begin lowering the distance between their work personas and private selves. What began as a confusing mixer becomes a set of careful relationships built through repeated contact, embarrassment, and the decision to understand someone beyond the role they first performed.
