Plus-Sized Elf

Naoe works at Smiley Boar as a massage therapist and expects his last appointment to be routine until Elfuda walks in. She has pointed ears, comes from another world, and cannot return through the portal because she gained weight after discovering French fries. Naoe gives her a diet and exercise plan, helps her slim down, and thinks the case is finished. Elfuda immediately falls back into the same habit and ends up staying near him because Earth’s food keeps defeating her willpower. Soon other visitors from her world appear with the same problem. Kuroeda, Oga, Mero, and more non human women seek Naoe’s help after adapting too well to human snacks, alcohol, convenience food, or a less active life.

Naoe’s work becomes a chain of treatments, meal advice, stretching, sauna trips, walks, and strange accidents that follow clients who do not understand ordinary human limits. Elfuda turns every improvement into another relapse if fries are nearby. Kuroeda uses potions and magic but creates new trouble instead of clean solutions. Oga hides worry under strength and appetite. Mero struggles because living in human form changes how she moves. Satero’s revenge and Oeda’s arrival from Elfuda’s world add pressure, turning Elfuda’s weight problem into a family matter and not only a clinic case. Naoe also has to face his own habits when the people he advises notice that he is not immune to gaining weight either. The story follows a therapist trying to guide supernatural clients through ordinary body care while they keep treating Earth’s food like a temptation worth failing for.
