Bloody Escape: Bats out of Hell

Tokyo is split and rotting from the inside, a place where entire districts feel like different worlds and the people caught between them learn to live by fear and rumor. In the middle of that fractured city, a man made cyborg named Kisaragi becomes the target of a relentless manhunt that offers him no safe direction to run. One side of the chase comes from Immortal Knights, a vampire faction that moves like it owns the night, and the other comes from yakuza forces that treat the city like their personal hunting ground. Kisaragi is not a hero arriving to fix anything, he is a creation trying to survive long enough to understand what he is and why everyone wants him, and every attempt to hide only pushes him into deeper territory where the rules are harsher. The pursuit turns into a continuous escape through back alleys, controlled zones, and places where civilians are just collateral, and Kisaragi is forced to use the advantages built into his body while dealing with the cost of being something engineered. As factions collide, the chase stops being only about capturing him and starts exposing how badly the city is already broken, because in a Tokyo divided by power, even a single runaway can become a spark that drags everyone into open violence.
