Scissor Seven: Shadow Fate

Wu Liuqi, known as Seven, once led a carefree life on Xiaoji Island, but his true identity has always been a mystery because he lost his memory. That fragile peace begins to fall apart when outsiders arrive on the island and recognize him, and one conspiracy after another starts to close in on Xiaoji Island and the people he cares about.

Realizing that his past will not leave him alone, Seven makes a decision: to protect his partners and the home they share, he will return to the Xuanwu Kingdom and face the destiny that awaits him there.

Scissor Seven: Shadow Fate continues the Chinese animated series about a hapless, scissor-wielding assassin. It keeps the show's trademark mix of absurd slapstick and sharp martial-arts action, while leaning further into the serious side of the story, as the mystery of who Seven really was moves to the center and old ties come back to haunt him.
