A Ninja and an Assassin Under One Roof

Satoko Kusagakure bolts from her mountain village and runs out of cash before she runs out of pursuers. Konoha Koga, a quiet high schooler who moonlights as an assassin, cuts those tails and offers her couch. They settle into a pact that mixes part time hits with housekeeping. Konoha climbs the ranks while Satoko hides the evidence with a leaf trick that turns bodies and junk into tidy piles, then cooks dinner like nothing happened. School days add another mask. Classmates ask why Konoha is smiling more. Other ninjas come to drag Satoko home and find a kitchen ambush instead. A teen inventor named Marin throws a spy robot into the apartment and ends up hanging around for tea. Jobs keep coming, chores keep the peace, and the two of them learn how to guard each other without saying too much. It is messy, funny, and sharper than it looks when the doorbell rings at night.
