Futaro Uesugi and the Nakano sisters enter their last year of high school with the school festival becoming the place where unfinished feelings can no longer be delayed. Futaro calls Ichika, Nino, Miku, Yotsuba, and Itsuki together and tells them that he has chosen one of them, but he will wait until the festival ends before giving his answer. The three days pull each sister into a separate problem. Ichika balances acting work with the shock of a family emergency and a quiet moment with Futaro. Nino waits for Maruo to appear and confronts the distance between them as father and daughter. Miku tries to step forward without hiding behind her sisters. Itsuki faces a man tied to their mother’s past and rejects the idea that blood alone can define family. Yotsuba keeps helping everyone while refusing to believe she deserves to be chosen. When the festival ends, Futaro goes to Yotsuba and confesses. She runs because accepting him would mean facing the sisters she has always put before herself. He follows, and the memory of their childhood promise returns with the weight it carried for both of them. Yotsuba speaks to her sisters before starting the relationship, and the family slowly accepts that the choice does not erase their bond. Years later they reunite for the wedding, where Futaro recognizes each sister one by one and finally stands beside the bride he chose.
