The Quintessential Quintuplets: No Coincidences in This Summer Break

This special continues the story of The Quintessential Quintuplets. Fuutarou Uesugi, a poor but brilliant high school student, took a job tutoring the Nakano quintuplets, five identical sisters with very different personalities and dismal grades, in order to help pay off his family's debts. Over time Ichika, Nino, Miku, Yotsuba and Itsuki went from resenting their strict tutor to trusting him, and more than one of them has fallen in love with him.

Now, with only six months left until graduation, Fuutarou decides to take a break from tutoring the quintuplets so he can focus on his own studies during summer vacation. The Nakano sisters are saddened that they will not be able to spend their last high school summer with him, but everything changes when they receive an unexpected call from Fuutarou himself.

The special depicts that final summer before the end of their high school days, offering new moments between the six of them as their bond and feelings continue to grow.
