Boxxo and Lammis move deeper through the dungeon with the Menagerie of Fools as the search for stratum coins becomes more urgent. The old promise attached to the lowest floor now matters to everyone. Kerioyl wants the wish that can save his family, Lammis wants to keep Boxxo beside her, and Boxxo begins to face the question he avoided since gaining a coin of his own. Becoming human may give him freedom, but it could also take away the form that lets him protect people through food, tools, barriers, heat, ice, and strange machines only he understands. Each new floor turns his vending functions into practical answers for problems normal hunters cannot solve.

The journey becomes less like a string of jobs and more like a final descent. Routes through the lower strata force the party to manage supplies, wounded members, traps, monsters, and rival claims on the same wish. Kerioyl’s hidden deal and his sick child strain trust inside the group, while Filmina, Aka, Shino, Hulemy, Shui, and the others have to decide whether loyalty means following him or stopping him. Boxxo keeps using points, products, and quick judgment to keep the expedition alive, but every rescue spends the resource he may need for his own future. Lammis remains the one who carries him forward, turning their partnership into the center of the climb down. The closer they come to the last stratum, the less the wish looks like a prize. It becomes a choice about who gets saved, what Boxxo is willing to remain, and whether a life built as a machine can still count as the life he wants.
