My Awkward Senpai

Azusa Kannawa is the kind of senior coworker people whisper about. She is efficient, sharp, and so hard to read that most of the office keeps its distance. The problem is that her «scary» image is mostly armor, because Azusa is painfully awkward at basic social stuff and panics the moment feelings get involved. When she gets assigned to train a new hire, Yu Kamegawa, she tries to act like the perfect mentor and immediately starts tripping over her own words. Yu is friendly and easy to talk to, so he treats her stiff kindness like it is real kindness, not a performance. The more time they spend together at work, the more Azusa wants to be honest, and the more she doubles down on denial. What comes out instead is a chain of clumsy gestures, misunderstandings, and small moments where she slowly learns how to connect without hiding behind a cold face.
