Food Wars! Shokugeki no Soma

Soma Yukihira leaves his family diner when his father sends him to Totsuki, an elite culinary academy where failure means expulsion. He crashes the entrance exam with a bold dish, lands a room at Polar Star dorm, and learns the school’s real currency is the shokugeki, a formal food duel with real stakes. Partnering often with Megumi, he survives a brutal training camp at the Totsuki resort, helps a shopping street fight back during the karaage wars, and battles through the Autumn Elections where specialty styles and prep under pressure decide who advances. The term closes with stagiaire internships that drop students into real kitchens. Soma returns to class with sharper timing, a clearer idea of what he lacks, and the nerve to keep challenging anyone who blocks his path.
