Junjo Romantica 2

The second season continues the story of Junjou Romantica. Misaki Takahashi's dream was to get into a Tokyo university, and now it has come true: he has enrolled in the economics department and is a first-year student. After his parents died tragically, Misaki was raised by his older brother. But his brother met a woman, started a family and moved to Osaka, where he was offered a good job, so Misaki had to get used to living on his own. During this time he grew close to his tutor, the famous novelist Akihiko Usami, who had helped him prepare for the university entrance exams.

Now Misaki has the chance to spend much more time with Usami. The two had realized earlier that they were drawn to each other, but now their feelings have grown even stronger. Still, Misaki is unhappy with his partner's secretive nature. He knows nothing of Usami's past, since the writer carefully hides old events, avoids receptions and book launches and never talks about his family. Misaki can only guess why Usami is so reserved in public, what makes him jealous and what he expects from their relationship.
