Moonrise

After rebel forces strike Earth, Jack, a carefree heir, is suddenly treated as a prime suspect. To clear his name and get closer to whoever planned the attack, he throws himself into a special military unit and gets shipped to the Moon. The mission starts as a straight hunt for the mastermind, but the Moon is already boiling over: the Moon Chains rebel forces push into Copernicus City, and Jack is forced to learn the rules on the ground fast. The worst shock is personal. Phil Ashe, the childhood friend Jack cannot stop thinking about, reappears in the middle of the operation, and every step forward raises the same question: ally, enemy, or bait. With Mary guiding the squad through what life on the Moon really looks like, Jack keeps moving, even when the truth about the war feels uglier than the story he signed up for.
